Credit (that we will ship with the expectation of paying later) is only available to to major educational institutions.
One of two possible discounts are possible for prior purchasers. If you purchased Swords version 1.0 after March 26, 2003, then you can purchase Swords for Armageddon version 2.0 for the incremental price over version 1.0, namely 60.00, plus the indicated shipping and handling, or $72.00. This offer is limited to just one CD-ROM per customer. If you purchased Swords version 1.0 earlier, then the offer that was made earlier is respected, namely that you can purchase Swords version 2.0 at half price, namely $180.00 plus the indicated shipping and handling. I have a fairly complete list of customers, but if you think you are entitled to either of these discounts, but are documentation challenged, let me know and I can research this question with you. This applies to customers that purchased their Swords version 1.0 through resellers. I have instructed the firm that takes messages and orders on the "800" phone line to inquire whether a customer is a prior customer, but I have not set it up for them to do the calculations in the case of prior customers, so do not attempt to discuss it with them. The answerers have a script and should not deviate from it.
Shipping and Handling using U.S.P.S , for shipments within the U.S. is $12.00. We also ship internationally using U.S.P.S.. The alternatives for non-U.S. shipments are $20.00 for international priority mail. Orders delivered by e-mail (Volume I) or by download have no shipping or handling charge.
Sales tax on orders shipped to customers within California is 9.250% . The above shipping and sales tax rates are subject to change to due change in law and postage rates. There is no sales tax on volumes delivered by download.
For non-U.S. customers, should your country charge a V.A.T. (Value added tax) or an import charge or fee, or both, you are responsible for paying that. We know that England/Great Britain is currently charging an import V.A.T. of 7.75 pounds (seven pounds and seventy-five pence) and an Ancillary Import Charge of 10.00 (ten) pounds. This is on a $ U.S. 60.00 invoice for 2 volumes.
