HOW TO CONTACT US TO REQUEST A BROCHURE / PLACE AN ORDER / ETC.

Chukelea Publications, owned by Eleanor Hansen , is the publisher of The Swords of Armageddon.  

To contact us for ordering:

E-mail at uscoldwar@aol.com. You can order by giving me your name and address (billing as well as delivery), what volumes you want, and whether by download or on CD-ROM, and your credit card number, and expiration date. I will e-mail you if I have any questions.

If you are placing an order by phone, please have the following information ready before you call:

SHIP TO NAME (IF DIFFERENT FROM ABOVE) and ADDRESS
ITEM NUMBERS, QUANTITIES, and PRICE of the items being ordered
CREDIT CARD NUMBER
Credit Card EXPIRATION DATE
NAME AS IT APPEARS ON THE CARD

E-MAIL ORDERS:

If you wish to place an order via email we will need the following information:

NAME

ADDRESS (this should be the address where you credit card bill is sent).

SHIP TO NAME (IF DIFFERENT FROM ABOVE) and ADDRESS

DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER  (I will only call you if there is a problem; but UPS or Airborne will want your phone number if they have a problem) 

CREDIT CARD NUMBER and EXPIRATION DATE.

FAX ORDERS:

If you are placing a FAX order, first provide the information requested above including your credit card type, number, and expiration date and FAX it to (415) 397-3467. Your order will be processed within 4 days and shipped to you. Please do provide us with a way to contact you should we have problems with processing your order.


SNAIL MAIL:
